Monthly subscriptions will be a recurring payment. Your credit card will draft on the 5th of each month. The package will ship on or around the 15th of the same month.
Annual subscriptions will be a recurring payment. Your credit card will draft at the time of purchase and then annually on the same day. Payments made before the 5th of the month will ship on or around the 15th of the current month, payments made after the 5th of the month will ship on or around the 15th of the following month.

You may cancel your Membership at any time from the “My Account” page on the Dakota Dixies Living website. To cancel a Membership, click on “Subscriptions” link on the side of the page, then follow instructions towards cancellation. Please be aware that cancellation requests must be received by the 1st of the month or you will be charged and that month’s package will be shipped.

THE FINE PRINT:
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Terms”) governs your use of Dakota Dixies. (“DD,” “Dakota Dixies Living,” “we,” “our” or “us”) websites, branded pages on third party platforms (i.e., social networking services), mobile applications, and through our direct marketing campaigns or other online communications, as well as offline through your purchase of the Memberships and Products sold through Dakota Dixies. By using Dakota Dixies, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and the Dakota Dixies Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Dakota Dixies.
Dakota Dixies may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued usage of Dakota Dixies will mean you accept those changes, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The terms “you,” “your,” “user,” and “users,” as used herein, refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing Dakota Dixies for any reason.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use Dakota Dixies in any manner. By visiting Dakota Dixies or accepting the Terms, you represent and warrant to the Company that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to the Company that you will use Dakota Dixies in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. USE OF DAKOTA DIXIES
2.1 Use Restrictions
The content on Dakota Dixies, such as information, text, images, graphics, interfaces, photographs, illustrations, audio and video clips, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, information obtained from Dakota Dixies licensors, and any other materials displayed through Dakota Dixies (collectively, the “Contents”) is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Title to the Contents remains with Dakota Dixies. Any use of the Contents not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as stated herein, none of the Contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Dakota Dixies or its licensors.
Dakota Dixies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, discontinue, block and/or terminate your use of, and access to, the Dakota Dixies Services, or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without prior notice or any notice.
2.2 Termination
Dakota Dixies reserves the right to terminate subscription products at any time and without notice.
2.4 Your Account
If you use Dakota Dixies, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Dakota Dixies reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or memberships, remove or edit content, or cancel orders or shipments in its sole discretion.
3. TERMS OF SALE
3.1 Introduction
Dakota Dixies sells home decor products (the “Products”) to end-user customers who purchase individual item or items through a recurring membership plan (“Members”) to have the Products shipped regularly, on a schedule offered by Dakota Dixies, for their own personal, non-commercial use (the “Membership”). You may not purchase Products or Memberships for further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose. The Membership and all rights and privileges conferred are personal and non-transferable.
3.2 Products and Product Pricing
Tea Towel of the Month and the Living Pretty Crate subscription pricing will remain unchanged for the life of the subscription at sign up time. If a subscription is cancelled and a Member later resubscribes, the price will be at the current published priced.
3.3 Memberships and Promotions
This will be a recurring payment. Monthly subscription credit card payments will draft on the 5th of each month. Annual subscriptions will be a recurring payment. Credit card payments will draft at the time of purchase and then annually on the same day.
3.4 Processing Orders
If any problems arise with your order, or with the shipping address or Payment Method associated with your Membership, and Dakota Dixies is unable to resolve the problem, we may notify you via e-mail using the address and/or phone number associated with your Membership. It is important that you keep your information current with an accurate contact information that you regularly check. If problems arise with your order that we cannot resolve, your order may be cancelled and we may not be able to process future transactions until the problem has been resolved.
3.5 Refunds
All items are final sale as they have been purchased just for our Tea Towel of the Month and Living Pretty Crate subscribers!
4. MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Recurring Membership; Automatic Renewal
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EACH MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
Dakota Dixies will automatically renew your Membership and charge your Payment Method depending on the Membership frequency as authorized by you by agreeing to the automatic renewal of your Membership during the Member sign-up process.
Your Payment Method will be charged at least one full business day prior to your next shipping date. We will charge your Payment Method with the applicable cost for your membership, along with any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Membership.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Membership in accordance with Section 4.3. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on the Membership selected) until you cancel.
4.2 Membership; Shipping Frequency
Members will be shipped the product based on the shipping frequency and/or shipping date outlined in the product details outlined during the Member sign-up process.
4.3 Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time from the Account page on the Dakota Dixies website. To cancel a Membership, click on “My Account” link at the bottom of the page, then follow instructions towards cancellation. Please be aware that cancellation requests must be received by the 1st of the month or you may be charged and that month’s package may be shipped. We’ll be sad to see you go but, hope to see you back again soon!
5. MODIFICATION OR SUSPENSION OF DAKOTA DIXIES SERVICES
You agree that Dakota Dixies may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of the any or all Dakota Dixies services, any part thereof or any Contents, temporarily or permanently, without notice or liability to you.
6. HOLD HARMLESS
By using the services of Dakota Dixies and Dakota Dixies Living, you agree to hold Dakota Dixies and its owners harmless for damages or injuries to the customer or those using the products. Dakota Dixies and its owners are not liable for damages or injuries caused by their products.
7. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
Except as expressly provided in a particular notice or disclaimer posted by or on behalf of Dakota Dixies , these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daktoa Dixies with respect to the use of Dakota Dixies services.
